The proximity of the land to the sea and its view, the climatic conditions of the region where it is sunny most of the year, and the fact that the project will be used as a second residence or summer residence have created the need for the open space life to be designed most efficiently.
While the residential blocks are positioned to make the most of the sea view, they have ensured that all residents are in visual communication with the open social area by also defining the central open living areas. The continuity of the open spaces starting from the site entrance was defined by the buildings; and social areas were tried to be integrated. A very peaceful and green inner garden open to the sea was created with the buildings. The apartments were mostly oriented towards the sea view by facing this inner garden.
Large balconies were designed on the sea-facing facades of the apartments, and large windows opening to the balcony were
taken in from the front and protected from the sun and rain. By using "low parapet glass balustrade" on the balconies, the view was made to be visible from the sitting level.
In architecture, it was aimed to achieve a plainer and more permanent aesthetic language in the buildings by avoiding all kinds of decorative ornaments and the use of different materials.

In order to break the corridor effect due to the number of apartments on the floors and keep the communication with the outdoor strong from the site entrance to the house door, a bright transition area was considered by leaving large windows in the floor corridors.
The parking lot requirement of the site was placed in the basements of the building blocks so that the garden level was cleared of vehicles, and a dense green texture was obtained that allows both a safe open space life and the use of rooted and large trees. A landscape design was envisaged at the entrances and in the shaded backyards of each residential block, where you can spend a quiet and peaceful time.
