WT Group was founded in 2014 in Kazakhstan. To date, our offices operate in Almaty, Astana, Tashkent and Dubai. Since January of this year, the company has expanded its presence in the Emirates by opening an office in Abu Dhabi.

Togzhan is an expert in international real estate with 15 years of professional background. She has a bachelor's degree in international relations and participates in business forums and real estate fairs worldwide. She has extensive experience in related areas. From 2007 to 2015 she lived and worked in Dubai, where she started from selling ready-made businesses to investors from all over the world, as well as managing real estate in the UAE. At the same time she was involved in medical tourism in South Korea. Since 2016 she has started selling international real estate in Kazakhstan. Being an investor herself, she selects each project thoroughly. Togzhan is an author of sales trainings in real estate, she regularly takes courses and business programs and constantly monitors the current trends. In addition to her business activities, she is working on a social project for the construction of a retirement home for seniors in Kazakhstan. Part of the company's profit is donated to this project.

Operations Manager
Gaukhar is an Operations Manager at WT Group. She handles documentation, participates in negotiations with contractors, clients, and developers. She holds a Bachelor's degree in "Informatics" and "Finance." From 2011 to 2024, she worked at Kaspi.kz, spending 5 years in a branch office as a manager and branch head, and 2 years as a coordinator in the department, where she gained extensive experience working with clients and partners. She also has experience in the event industry.

Irina is a real estate expert with 15 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales. She has a bachelor's degree in international relations in Kazakhstan and a diploma in hotel and restaurant management. Irina started her career in telecommunications industry. She managed a dealer network of the CDMA Partners project. In 2013, she moved to a company officially representing Nokia brand, where since 2015 she has become a key account manager. At WT Group Irina successfully works with top clients and coordinates the sales department. She has developed several key principles in her work, among them: "Customer = Partner", "Do not offer a product you doubt".

A professional with 20 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in economics and management, Anna has a strong management background. Before embarking on her career in real estate and investments, Anna worked for about 10 years as Chief Operating Officer at Caspian Training Group. Due to her strategic vision she implemented effective business plans. In addition, from 2011 to 2013 Anna was the principal of one of the leading high schools in Kazakhstan. At WT Group Anna focuses on key clients and partners, as well as on market research and investment outlook reports. She is the head of WT Group's Dubai office.

Aigerim graduated from KBTU (Kazakh-British Technical University), Bachelor of Computer Science, holds a Master's degree program in Information Systems Technology in the USA at George Washington University. Thanks to this, she easily navigates new technologies and applications, and is always focused on results. Speaks English, Russian, and Kazakh. The total work experience is 12 years, of which Aigerim has worked for 9 years in such companies as Ernst and Young Kazakhstan, Halyk Bank, Altynbank and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Zhanna is also a successful investor in local and international real estate for many years and joined the team as a client of WT Group. Anastasia is a marketer and social media promotion specialist with over 7 years of experience. She has a bachelor's degree and a translator's diploma (Peoples' Friendship University of Russia). From 2017 to 2021, she worked as a marketer for premium companies and services in Russia, collaborated with brands such as Reebok, Bork, Fitmost etc. Since 2022, she has held the position of project manager in a full-service marketing agency, where she was engaged in the promotion of online courses in the field of education and personal growth. She also has experience in the field of personal mentoring. Since 2024, she started working at WT Group, works with the company's social media accounts, advertising, and builds a system of effective interaction with customers.
