Togzhan is an expert in international real estate with 15 years of professional background. She has a bachelor's degree in international relations and participates in business forums and real estate fairs worldwide. She has extensive experience in related areas. From 2007 to 2015 she lived and worked in Dubai, where she started from selling ready-made businesses to investors from all over the world, as well as managing real estate in the UAE. At the same time she was involved in medical tourism in South Korea. Since 2016 she has started selling international real estate in Kazakhstan. Being an investor herself, she selects each project thoroughly. Togzhan is an author of sales trainings in real estate, she regularly takes courses and business programs and constantly monitors the current trends. In addition to her business activities, she is working on a social project for the construction of a retirement home for seniors in Kazakhstan. Part of the company's profit is donated to this project.

With a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, Zumratkhan started her career as an administrator for a children's center, worked for 5 years as an accountant in the consulting company AYA Consulting, at the same time holding the position of a managing partner at Bem Appraisal. She also worked in Istanbul (Turkey) at WR Investment as a sales manager. After returning to Kazakhstan, she got a job at WT Group as an administrative manager, she’s responsible for maintenance of company documents and communication with partners. She is fluent in English, Russian and Uigur.

Irina is a real estate expert with 15 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales. She has a bachelor's degree in international relations in Kazakhstan and a diploma in hotel and restaurant management. Irina started her career in telecommunications industry. She managed a dealer network of the CDMA Partners project. In 2013, she moved to a company officially representing Nokia brand, where since 2015 she has become a key account manager. At WT Group Irina successfully works with top clients and coordinates the sales department. She has developed several key principles in her work, among them: "Customer = Partner", "Do not offer a product you doubt".

A professional with 20 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in economics and management, Anna has a strong management background. Before embarking on her career in real estate and investments, Anna worked for about 10 years as Chief Operating Officer at Caspian Training Group. Due to her strategic vision she implemented effective business plans. In addition, from 2011 to 2013 Anna was the principal of one of the leading high schools in Kazakhstan. At WT Group Anna focuses on key clients and partners, as well as on market research and investment outlook reports. She is the head of WT Group's Dubai office.

Dina Abilova graduated from KIMEP (Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research) with a bachelor degree in Business Administration Information Systems. She’s familiar with new technologies and innovations, fluent in English, Russian and Kazakh. Most part of her 12 years career she worked in international companies like Oriflame, Nokia Mobile Phones, VVP Group. At WT Group Dina uses her skills in effective communications with clients, business meetings and public speaking.

For more than 10 years Aigerim worked for Beeline, the biggest telecom company in Kazakhstan, starting from the sales manager to the head of corporate department. In addition to her higher education in International Economics and Law, she attended numerous sales training courses, dealing with objections and crisis management. Based on her great experience in sales management Aigerim is now working with real estate investors and other clients.

Ulugbek is a real estate expert with over 10 years of experience in corporate law and international relations. He has received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Newcastle University (UK). Since 2012, he lived in London, working at the international law firm. Ulugbek joined WT Group team at the end of 2020 as the head of Uzbekistan office. He is in charge of coordinating incoming leads, as well as advising on investment projects and legal support.
