W1P is a 9-storey house for 37 apartments in central London, situated between the prestigious Marylebone and Fitzrovia districts. A few steps to the west are trendy restaurants and pubs, boutiques and popular Marylebone museums. In the south-east direction, there is the Fitzrovia district that is rich in history and exquisite architecture of the 17th-19th centuries, where Charles Dickens, Virginia Woolf, Dante Gabriel Rossetti and John Lennon lived and worked. On the north side, the luxurious Queen Mary's Rose Gardens and Regent's Park are within walking distance.

The clubhouse is inspired by the historical appearance of the streets and modern aesthetics. The natural limestone facade is complemented by a delicate floral bas-relief. Cast openwork balustrades and bronze elements add depth and enliven the play of light and shadow on the facade, spacious panoramic windows create a feeling of lightness and weightlessness.

In W1P, you can choose cozy apartments with 1, 2 bedrooms or spacious penthouses with 3 beds and open terraces on the roof top. The apartments were decorated with natural wood, stone and granite. Contemporary kitchens are equipped with integrated appliances, modern plumbing was installed in the bathrooms, and built-in wardrobes were provided in the bedrooms and hallway.

Residents will be greeted by a spacious lobby with a friendly concierge, who can help with any household issue.
