On June 23rd, 2022 the founder of WT Group Togzhan Sakharbekova received the Asia Pacific Property Awards at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square hotel.

For the first time in the history of Asia Pacific Property Awards a company from Kazakhstan received an award in the category of Real Estate Agency Single Office for Kazakhstan. This award is a recognition of outstanding achievements in the real estate sector. For the past 29 years, the international Asia Pacific Property Awards has been recognizing the most innovative projects and companies working in the real estate sector in the Asia Pacific region.
The winners of the competition are chosen each year by an independent jury of 80 experts chaired by three lords of the British parliament: Earl of Caithness, Viscount Waverley and Lord Richard Best.
The Asia Pacific Property Award gives WT Group the opportunity to become a participant of the next stage of the competition - the grand finale of the International Property Awards, which marks the best companies and projects in architecture, interior design, development and real estate around the world.
